Full SkyDome Confidentiality Terms
These Confidentiality Terms (hereinafter – the "Agreement") define the procedure for the use and protection of information provided to a candidate (hereinafter – the "User") upon familiarization with SkyDome's internal materials.
1.1. Access to SkyDome materials is granted to a limited circle of individuals solely for the purpose of preliminary familiarization with the company's business model and financial indicators.
1.2. The documents, presentations, charts, and other materials received are the intellectual property of SkyDome and contain information that constitutes commercial secrets.
1.3. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User checks the consent box and receives access to the materials, and has the validity of an electronic contract (analogous to an NDA).
The User undertakes:
- not to transfer, copy, distribute, or publish the received materials without SkyDome's written consent;
- not to use the information for purposes other than familiarization with the potential for partnership;
- to ensure the protection of the documents from unauthorized access by third parties.
3.1. In the event of a breach of the terms of this Agreement, SkyDome has the right to demand compensation for damages caused by the disclosure or use of confidential information.
3.2. The User bears personal responsibility for the preservation of the received materials and their non-disclosure.
4.1. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect indefinitely, including after the termination of negotiations or the refusal of further cooperation.
4.2. SkyDome has the right to revoke access to the materials at any time without prior notice.
5.1. Placing a mark in the consent box ("☑ I confirm agreement with the confidentiality terms") signifies the acceptance of this Agreement and the full adoption of all its terms.
5.2. This Agreement is governed by the applicable law of the country of SkyDome's registration (Portugal), unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing.
